Today, more than ever, business owners are concerned about preserving their legacy through the transition to new leadership.
The Indus river is one of the longest rivers in the world, with a length of some 2,000 miles. As with all mighty rivers, following one's natural flow is the most enjoyable way to achieve one’s goals. And so it is with transferring ownership of a business. We want to maintain the established vision, purpose, and impact while expanding geographies, talent, and customer base. As part of the natural transition, new alliances and channel partners further the path, while growing the business helps it gather speed as it nourishes customers and communities as part of its ecosystem.
We’re happy to speak with you about your business transition needs. We have a clear vision of the ideal fit partner for our investment:
In addition, we want to work with current business owners to develop a flexible post-transaction plan that meets their personal needs around the transition. We are open to discussing options for how former leadership can remain engaged at their desired level while preserving aspects of the established culture as appropriate.
Note: We require at least a controlling interest and will not invest in startups, turnarounds, or project-based businesses.
Indus Growth Fund is a strong team of experienced and driven entrepreneurs, leaders, and investors providing funding, resources, and expertise. Our team brings together leaders passionate about establishing and cultivating high-performing teams with experience spanning operations, strategy, sales, marketing, M&A, finance, customer support, people operations, and business development.
